The conveyer problems at our Illinois site appear to be resolved, but intermittent issues persist at our Lima location. We anticipate having the necessary replacement parts for Lima by the end of this week. We deeply appreciate your patience and extend our sincere apologies if you’ve recently encountered any disruptions while washing your vehicle. Rest assured, the concerns should be resolved shortly.

Please remember that your vehicle was never in jeopardy; the conveyor responsible for moving it through the wash has encountered difficulties due to faulty replacement parts. As mentioned earlier, the situation at our Illinois site has been addressed. Further, we’re excited to announce the opening of our New Haven location.

Regarding our software upgrade, we’ve been diligently working to address the gate and queue issues in daily meetings with our vendor. We anticipate gaining more clarity after our meeting on 3-25-24, where we aim to resolve all upgrade-related issues. Your ongoing support means a great deal to us during this period of challenge. As we’ve done for the past six years, we’re committed to resolving these untimely issues and swiftly restoring our best-in-class service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
