Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician works with the location management team to ensure washes are running in peak performance, to provide an outstanding wash experience for all customers. The Maintenance Technician is expected to assist the team in ensuring we execute The Tube Car Wash Mission and Vision. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the entire management team to ensure locations reach their full productivity and profitability as set forth by its owner’s profit and budget goals. The Maintenance Technician demonstrates leadership at all locations by doing whatever is necessary to contribute to high morale, a safe work environment, outstanding customer experience, continuous development of the team and maximum profitability. The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Manager Trainee
The Manager Trainee works with the Management Team to lead and develop our team members at their location, while providing an outstanding experience for all customers. The Manager Trainee is expected to inspire their team members to ensure we execute The Tube on Illinois carwash Mission and Vision while maximizing location profitability, while in pursuit of a promotion to Supervisor. The Manager Trainee works closely with the Management team to ensure our team members are providing the best customer service possible to achieve the locations customer experience expectations.
